The Problem

A.V. wanted more confidence in the water flowing throughout his home. Every shower, load of laundry, glass of drinking water, and appliance relied on the same water supply, and A.V. was looking for a long-term solution that would improve water quality while protecting his plumbing system.

Rather than installing a filter at a single faucet, A.V. wanted a complete whole-home water filtration system that would provide cleaner water at every fixture while adding smart monitoring features and additional protection for his plumbing.

Our Solution

Our team installed a comprehensive Novo whole-home water filtration and water softening system designed to improve water quality throughout the home.

For the best installation, we rerouted the home's main water line into the garage and relocated the main shut-off valve and pressure reducing valve (PRV). This improved water flow and pressure performance, and it will make future maintenance easier.

To provide multiple layers of protection, we also installed:

A whole-home water softener and filtration system
A UV filtration system to help sterilize water
A whole-home sediment filter
A new 1-inch pressure reducing valve (PRV) and main shut-off valve
Two new thermal expansion tanks
Protective steel bollards to help shield the equipment from accidental damage in the garage

A.V. also upgraded to the AQUA ALERT smart monitoring system, allowing him to monitor water usage, receive salt reminders, and stay informed through a mobile app.

After completing the installation, we restored water service, tested the entire system, walked A.V. through the app setup, and confirmed everything was operating properly before wrapping up the project.
